Fine cake with chocolate glaze (Practic în Bucătărie)

Ingredient:

7 Toneli Kids eggs
265 ml whole milk
85 g butter
250 g cream cheese
40 g flour
35 g starch
½ teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
125 g sugar
1 sachet of chocolate icing
Method of preparation:

Mix the milk, butter and fine cream cheese in a bowl. After the mixture is homogenous, add the flour and starch (after being sifted) and mix. Add the lemon juice and add the yolks one by one, and then add the vanilla essence.
Whisk the egg whites together with the lemon juice, then add the sugar and beat until it melts and the foam hardens. Incorporate 1/3 of the foam into the yolk cream, stirring from the bottom up, and mix after each new amount added.
Wallpaper a 24 cm tray with baking paper so that the paper is 5 cm higher than the tray height. Spread the composition and place the form in a pan with hot water so that the water level is up to half the shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 80 minutes. Check the dough with a toothpick. After the fire is extinguished, leave it in the oven for 30-45 minutes with the door open.
Detach from the walls of the mold after it has cooled completely and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Cover with melted chocolate icing in a bain-marie.
